Are you interested to live in the best place in Santiago?

Well, we are to guys living in front of Bellas Artes Museum and we live in a big department with four rooms. Acually, we are living with 2 girls ( Jennifer and Stephanie), but saddly Steph have to return back to USA. The idea is to look for a girl that will like to become part of this home.:>

The deal is easy. 200,000 for the room. What it consider? Internet, General Building expenses (guards, water and hot water), a bathroom beside your room, Housekeeper once a week, a nice view to the park, and a big room and to share a big and very nice department with 3 cool guys.

Please note that we have live for the last 3 years with foreign people and we have spend vey good moments. We are 28 years old, David is arquitecture and webmaster and I worked in P&G.

We are looking for a girl that will like to stay for +/- 6month.

Unos llegan otros se van...

Este año 2007 se nos va un gran compañero...Tomás...en reemplazo llega Davod!!!
Así que para las personas que entren por primera vez..van a vivir conmigo (Mario y ahora el Davod)
Un gran abrazo para Tomás que se va a Venezuela (que lata...) por 6 meses. Nos vemos en Diciembre.

Australia v/s Holanda

This semester we recieved 2 amazing girls: Shae (20 years) from Australia and Noelia "Noe" (21 years) from Holand. In this post I would like to hear their experiences:

Noe: I had an unbelievably great time in Santiago and in the apartment. It is not only beautiful, it is also located in the best neighbourhood of the center. Aside from that its crazy ass roommates will make sure you have an incredible time. Huevones, muchísimas gracias por todo, les voy a extrañar.

Pieza en arriendo 2

Esta pieza es más grande que la 1, con un closet más amplio y mira directamente el parque forestal. Tiene una vista hermosa. Esta pieza tiene un baño amplio en el pasillo (de uso exclusivo del arrendatario), me es difícil llamar a alguien arrendatario, ya que al vivir con nosotros pasa a formar parte de nuestra familia.

Esta pieza esta aislada de las otras 3 piezas, tiene independencia total, entrada independiente por la cocina y baño adentro de la pieza. Es de 4 metros x 3 y mira hacia el interior del edificio.

EEUU v/s Noruega

Este semestre recibimos a Andreas (26) un noruego que trabaja en la embajada de su país y a Darcy(20) una gringa de NY.

Darcy nos dedica unas palabras en inglés " I love Mario y Tomás son como mis hermanos mayores. Para conocer Chile, chilenos y pasarlo bien, este departamento es perfecto!!! ¡Les voy a extrañar mucho!....Oh , y el departamento es buenísimo"

México v/s Alemania

En el año 2005 recibimos a Rafa (22) un mexicano de Monterrrey y a Henny (23) de Alemania de Colonia. Estos son nuestros primeros arrendatarios desde que nos vinimos al depto con el Tomás. Al inicio partimos con muy poca decoración, muebles, etc. Hoy en día ya estamos muy armados y lo pueden constatar en las fotos. (foto a la derecha: Rafa y Henny)
